Programs for Teens

  • Personal Training for Teens - a program that will design a plan catered to the needs of your child. Eric will work with your child to see what he is capbable of then teach him/her how to exercise safely, effectively, and most importantly how to have fun. Once a child learns to enjoy exercising and have fun while doing it, habits will be created that will continue through adulthood.
  • Sport Specific Training - football player? baseball player? Athletes need specialized training from a professional to strengthen their bodies, increase power/endurance and protect them from injuries.
  • Teen Boot Camp - indoor/outdoor interval trainng designed for teens looking to kickstart thier fitness goals. This program combines cardio and strength training in one session. Activities include military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using thier own body weight, an obstacle course, ball games, jump ropes and more. A great way to burn fat and calories and become physically fit.

Programs for Children with Special Needs

  • Fitness Classes for Children with Special Needs - Children with disabilities face unique challenges, but in many instances they can and need to participate in physical activites. This program provides a safe routine and physical outlet, as well as boosting self-esteem and confidence by building your child's physical fitness.
  • Yoga for Children with Special Needs - The physical and mental benefits of yoga have been proven to be helpful and theraputic for children who suffer from the following conditions: Austism, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities & Down Syndrome.

Programs for Adults

  • Creating a Culture of Health Program - In 2011, the American Hosptials Association presented a Call to Action report about promoting and creating a culture of health in the workplace. Research has proven if employees are healthy and in shape, companies will see an increase in employee attendance, job satisfaction and productivity. E. FITNESS will work with companies to design a plan to promote health in the workplace.
  • Weight Loss Programs - tired of being tired? Want to lose those extra pounds? Eric will design a weight loss program to help you lose weight, burn unwanted fat and increase your energy level. He gives you the tools you need to obtain the body you want.
  • Cardiovascular Conditioning - Cardiovascular conditioning improves your lungs, heart and circulatory system through workouts that increase your heart rate. The continuous movement sustained over time is also an excellent way to increase endurance and burn calories.
  •  1-on-1 Personal Training- training developed specifically for you that will take into account your goals, exercise history, and medical conditions. You will receive personalized strategies for reaching your goals, constant motivation, encouragement and be held accountable throughout the program.
  • Nutritional Counseling - Individualized nutrition plan that is developed for you based on medical history, lifestyle and overall health goals. The plan will serve the unique goals of each individual.
  • Strength Training-Muscle mass naturally dimishes as we age. If a person is not doing activities to replace the lean muscle that is lost due to aging, the percentage of fat in your body will increase. Strength training can help perserve the mucle mass at any age. Strength training helps control weight, develop strong bones, build stamina, sharpen your focus and help manage chronic health issues.
  • Get Big, Get Ripped Program - this program includes a bulking stage with workouts and diet geared towards getting bigger and having more defined muscles. After adding the bulk, clients will  go into a cutting phase with a diet and workouts geared to get you looking amazing.
  • Gluten Free Program - Eating a diet free of gluten can be difficult at first; however, making some simple changes will make it easier. The key to creating a gluten free meal plan is being able to identify which foods and ingredients contain gluten.  Eating a gluten-free diet does not mean you have to give up the foods you enjoy, as there are many gluten-free alternatives. E. FITNESS will show you have to make this lifestyle change to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.

Programs for Veterans and Military Personnel

  • Veterans Wellness Program - Eric will design an individual health and wellness program for wounded, ill and injured veterans and their families. This program focuses on veterans and service members who incurred a mental or physical injury or illness during their military service.
  • Nutritional Meal Planning Program - Eric will provide veterans and their immediate family members training and education to create delicious, balanced meals made with fresh, local and organic ingredients.
